Well, here’s an update. Pics to follow and maybe a short RR, but we took mine and Mrs Berins Basics around Northern Spain and had a splendid trip.
I believe the racks on mine are BMW OEM, and Mikeyboy managed to straighten them out so the original BMW side cases fit, and they held up for the trip.
However, they are not waterproof, they are pretty flimsy and they are also pretty much irreplacable so I’m back to looking at a better solution.
I did get in touch with Unit Garage and they do have racks and hipster style bags that will fit but Unit Garage seem a bit flaky and the over bags are not waterproof.
Hepco and Becker still make their Junior side cases, and a 30l on the left and 40l on the right seem like an option- but I’d have to get the Hepco and Becker frames too, which are still available

They look reasonably in keeping. Its a lot of money for the new frames plus new cases, but options are limited.
I’d rather keep the oem frames but I’m pretty sure nothing fits them except the BMW cases.
Siebenrok did a remake of the original Krauser/bmw cases, but I don’t think they are available as a pair. Siebenrok list the right side only, and anyway they only fit H&B frames.
