M’off…..

Have a good one. Driving or riding Richard ?

is the thread locked yet...... ;)
Good idea to lock it, so that you can have a continuity to the ride report, instead of it being diluted with daft (out of context ahem) comments.

I wish it was available to all, not just the mods.

Getting to Fishguard seems to go on....forever. It’ll all be worth it though (y)
Yes and no, we used to do it a couple of time a year, when wife’s gran (Denise) was alive. She had a holiday home just north of Fishguard. Just over 4 hours from north London.
Denise still used to drive her C Class AMG Merc there and back from Richmond, at the age of 88. Tough old cookie she was. She had to give up driving a couple of years before she passed away.

Have a good trip Richard. Plenty of pics please, nosebag including. :thumb

To the UKGSer ‘Into The West, Leenane, Co Galway’ later today, along with ChasMill.

The day is dawning a touch moist, here in E1.
Have a good one both. Lovely part of the world I was down there a couple of weeks ago (though staying in Westport). Lough Conn on the way back with enough luggage for three days away :D

There are more cars in this part of the world, than there are in E1.

A touch damp in parts coming down from London; slowed only because someone had left the motorway via the hard shoulder, then via the armco and then down the embankment.

I haven’t been to the Kilcot Inn for a few years. We used to stay here, when watching Gloucester v Harlequins, usually around the time of my birthday. My thanks to Wessie for reminding me of it.
