M.O.T. quick answer required please

I have my 1150adv booked in for an M.O.T in the morning, but my dilema is the pipe. It currently has a cat replacement and REMUS can fitted. Will that fail it the test?

I have the remus Y piece and end can, has passed each time, can't see a problem unless you have taken the baffle out.

As long as the Remus isn't marked 'Not for road use' or 'track use only' and is in a sound condition and not about to fall off, it should be OK.

Emissions are not part of the bike MOT (yet) and so the cat' won't come into it, unless it's leaking badly.

Many thanks guys. Baffle fitted so shouldn't be a problem. Only had the bike 2 weeks and haven't had the baffle out yet...I thought it was loud enough

Cheers for your responses guys. The bike sailed through no problem. The little bulb located beside the main beam bulb was blown but it got replaced on the spot, FOC. £25 for the test...suits you sir

Its a bit late now but my 2004 1150GSA with Y piece and Remus Titanium (Baffle Removed) passed her test.

They only test on tick over not revving it up, Good job really coz when she gets revved up she is LOUD
