By then the LC 1200/1250 boxers had a solid 10 year run and are ready for a all new R 1300 boxer generation that probably will go R1350 and later R1400GS...

I read that the 1300 GS will be a mild hybrid with 120hp from petrol and the additional 25hp from electric. By 2035 it will be an all electric bike with 160hp and a 99mph top speed.

It might be a light hybrid with a flywheel working as an electric motor giving more boost for short moments like hard acceleration...But a bigger engine for sure won't make less hp...150hp is the bare minimum especially if Ducati goes into the 180-200 hp range with the new MS...even if it is a different bike with a 4 cylinder engine...but even KTM is in the 160-180 hp range with their 1301 cc twins...

Definitely less power from the ICE for Global emissions,....the extra power coming from the EV side and solar panel mirrors and panel on tank.

Less power from the Internal Combustion Engine because of Emissions ? What a joke ! As cars make less than 10% of global emissions and motorcycles are in the 0,1% range if that...There is more bad air coming out of Gretas azz or polticians mouth than out of todays clean engines...Look at the new Diesels...Their tailpipe emissions are cleaner than the air in our cities !!! And C02 has nothing to do with climate change that always occurred long before people lived on this planet or the ICEngine was invented a mere 135 years ago !

There is nothing fake about a Hybrid GS as BMW has a patent on it ! But if it comes it will be more a flywheel acting like an electric motor giving short bursts of power adding torque and power and a bigger battery charged by regenerative power possibly powering an electric turbo that has no lag...200hp/NM should be no problem for future boxers even if the EU does not collapse and comes with even more regulative B.S. in the next 10 years to kill our joy with more boring electric sheet...These electric turbos they patented for the S-RR ! And Arsey a smart guy like you should know that the boxer did not come a week but 38 long years later and that is is the greatest street motorcycle , sportscar (Porsche 911) and ICE airplane engine configuration...
