M60 M61 Ashton to Bolton

Just come back from a trip to Machine Mart and the motorway has a line of oil virtually all the way to Bolton

When I came back a highways traffic unit was following a gritter dusting down the motorway over the oil spill... So thats oil and know grit all over the motorway

Fortunatly I was in the Landy (don't think 60kg of shelving would fit on the GS) and its a slow traveller anyway...

Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone was travelling that way

Thats the Manchester to Bolton oil line, recently installed when we made the transition from pony and carts to motorised carriages, don't think they'll catch on though

£112 per litre for final drive oil, doubt its that. More likely some old codger on an R100RS
