Mac and Blackberry

Having real issues synchronising my Blackeberry Storm to my Mac.

It says it's sync'd OK but I can't find the details anywhere in Entourage

Anyone done this and can help an idiot in distress?

Might have synched it to Mac Mail rather than Entourage.

I,ve found all the contacts in the address book so at least I've got them.

The Storm has lunched itself so I have to get it replaced. I was terrified I was going to lose all my contacts

Note to self....when you get the phone back, learn to sync it with the Mac

You might want to have a look at some software called "The Missing Sync" by a company called Markspace

I use it al the time for my Nokia E71, and it works brilliantly, so guess it will be just as good for Blackberry.

I use a BB Bold and Entourage along with the Mac Desktop Manager from RIM. I had some trouble getting going, but since I got it set up, it works flawlessly.

You do need to run and set up iSync in your Applications folder.

Also, the way it seems to work is that the BB will sync with the Mac Address book and Calendar (iCal) which will sync with Entourage

Sorry, doesn't work. Will never work. I have a succession of Blackberry Bolds and a Macbook with various software. There is no hope. Either do not synchronise or buy an iPhone. You'll have better luck synchronising an iPod with Windows than anything the other way round.

Another vote for Missing Sync, really easy to use and can sync with Entourage or the Apple mail and address book
