As heading, looking for one of these in good condition for chest size 40" which i believe is S/M. Looking for the kind you just put water in, not the ice pack version. Thanks for any suggestions.

The Macna version are hard to come by in the UK so may i suggest the inuteq dry cooling vest
It is exactly the same as the macna as Inuteq actually make them for macna and these a readily available from work wear suppliers in the UK
A word of caution though
Their sizing is IMO a long way off as i needed the 2 XL for a 44 inch chest but not as far out as macna where the L/XL wouldnt get the zip less than 6 inches from meeting up
