I've been carrying this puck around because I'm to tight to buy a BIGFOOT:DDSC_0154.jpg
It was free in a mag, so today I rummaged in the barn and found some 6mm countersunk ss allen bolts washers and nylocks :thumb2

Mark it up I used a scribb:rob

Marked and drilled with a 5.5mm as it plastic/nylon

Testing in a ton bag of sharp sand:D

It took 15mins to make, but the next stage will take about an hour so one evening this week I'll finish and post some more pics:JB

So in the first pic on first post there's a piece of alli the same thickness as the square foot at the end of the stand.
I will infill the SuperBike Puck with the alli , and cut out a hole for the stand foot to sit in:blagblah and jobs a goodun

BamBam is telling the truth, but not to me it was my side stand plate. HE DID NOT TELL ME WHY HE WANTED TO BORROW IT......:mad::mad::mad:

But I nick it of someone else.....really :rolleyes:.
 
Done something similar ages ago with a 8mm thick, lump of alloy. Stops sinkage and bike doesnt lean over as far.

EX EX I TELL YOU....OK OK but Ive been seeing a quack:comfort!! BUT THAT WAS 1979 WHEN I WAS 16 YEARS OLD MY MUM THOUGHT IT WAS A BIKE MAG NOT SOFT PORN and it still efects me all those naked ladys:drool EASYRIDER AS WELL GOOD OLD MUM
 
Good initiative,offset slightly by the fact that the finished article looks shite.
