That looks more like the Tramshunters Arms to me. It was part of the Sefton Hotel and has now been replaced by a poncy restaurant.
On second thoughts it could be the Termy.

Don't go in for long distance travel to the smoke that often now...although I have been known to pack a flask and sarnies and venture to Peel or Ramsey 
BTW...I think it is now the Terminus Tavern

Trams.... that was along time ago, Great pub that. Now it's norman (wisdom) bar...
