many thanks guys - new bmw lc

It looks even more plasticky than its predecessor. No thanks. :barf

I hanker after an r80 gs basic now!

Ugly? it doesn't look that different from the 1200

Only the press bikes will have anywhere near 125 PS, anyway, it didn't really need anymore power, just run properly and be reliable

If you ever bought a GS or GSA for it's good looks, you bought the wrong bike, if you bought a bike to stand out then.............

Will the new one stand out from all the new models of Triumph / Yamaha / etc?

Time will tell....

:rob

Will be interesting to see the colour options. I hope they do a version with a black frame/ engine:augie Or even a Triple Black:D:hide

Looking good so far.

Maybe not the hoooge step forward that the R1200 was over the 1150 but looks to have moved on enough for me to at least want a test ride at some stage.

For some reason I really, really like the wheels?

Andres

You're all talking about looks and the small increase in power, but that's only half the story, what about the suspension system.......I'm hoping that will be some kind of next generation........ ?? and will carry over to the 2014 RT (with 130 bhp I hope) :thumb

Someones gotta say it

I WONDER HOW LONG BEFORE THE FIRST OF THE CATASTROPHES

Surely tho we are well by fuel pump controllers and EWS antennas :augie :augie :augie

looks great!

I agree, looks very good in racing red - well done BMW, just hope that the water cooling system doesn't generate too much heat in the summer and cook the rider.

125ps is good too, just enough extra poke without turning it into a sports bike for old farts.

Nope ......................I've slept on it and the new liquid cooled GS still looks :barf

This................:blast....................or this:D

It's being revealed at Intermot pretty much as we speak...

They've ripped the Marchesini design from the MV Agusta!

Personally I'm not to bothered what it looks like as the only time I'm looking at it is as I walk up to it.

If the quality of finish is as good as my current dohc 1200 and it's 10% better to ride then I'll be having one. :thumb
