Bit of a long shot but you never know.....
One of my interests is the Old Industry and History of the Forest of Dean. I've subscribed to a site that has OS maps going back to the 1880's. What I want to try and do is to overlay parts of those maps on Google earth screens some how? So I can see where roads are now and railways were back then. Ideally with a slider that gradually moves between the 2 maps!
Does anyone know if anything like this is available? Ideally free would be nice but if I have to pay for it and it does what I need then fair enough.
I have a MAC Book as well, just to make it more interesting!!!
