Map Source World map...

I have been loaned a CD of Map Source World Map. Is this any better than the one I have already got on my PC in Map Source? Do I transfer this onto my Streetpilot or does it just replace the one on my PC? I'm new and confused. And still waiting for CN9

I've seen rev 4 mentioned on ebay for World Map. What's in yours?

Do you need it on the SP3? What base map model is it? Are you going outside of the mapping regions on the SP3?

That's really why I am asking. Is it any improvement on what I have? Does it cover Morocco better?...questions, questions

World Map will give you more detail than the base map, but it is not great. This is the maximum detail you can see around Marrakech for example ....

So do I just replace the base map on my PC with the one on the disc or do I upload it from my PC onto my unit...or both? I suspect both.

Download World Map onto the PC.

Then you'll be able to select it (up in the top left under "select a product")

Select the world map and CN map tiles you want on the data card.

Download them onto the data card
