Map update for streetpilot 3

I thought it was about time I updated the mapping for my streetpilot 3 (yes, I know it is old and slow - but it works). I have version 6 at the moment and was going to update to verion 9. However, a few threads have said that version 9 requires more memory (than version 8?). i have a 256Mb memory card (I do not think there is a bigger one for the streetpilot 3) - will this be a problem? - When I upgraded to version 6 maps from version 5, LESS memory was needed - I have most of the UK mainland loaded on the card, but could get only 50% or so with version 5. Does anyone have any idea how much I will get on with Version 9?

Alos there seems to be two versions - DVD and NT????? - which do I need?

With V9, all of the UK + Ireland is 194.9MB

The DVD is what they come on.

For an SPIII you need the regular version, not the NT version.
