Speed Cameras as waypoints for Streetpilot iii

As you cannot add POI's to the Streetpilot ii, I am to beleave that you can add them as waypoints. However I have no idea where to get this database in the right format (waypoint) does anybody know where to get it? or better still, have it?

If the SPIII is anything like the Quest then you're limited to 500 way-points which is obviously far to few. An overlay is the way to go, as it's only a visual thing it's a little distracting having to keep one eye on the sat nav to spot 'em coming up. I gave up and don't bother with the overlay any more. With more recent units the proximity alert, which has an audio 'boing' warning, is far more useful in this respect.
