mapsource cant locate device

Hi All,

Ive had this issue before and have tried to find it using the search but im stumped, Mapsource cant locate my device after i upgraded my maps. i know its a simple fix but i just cant remember how to do it.

Any help appreciated

I have to sometimes switch which usb port I plug it into Lloyd. You hear an acknowledge blip on my windows laptop.
Try a different lead also
