Mapsource of Turkey and Middle East

I am now relocated with Bike and Zumo due to arrive in a few weeks. Does any of the of the collective have a good source for a detailed mapsource compatible product for Turkey, Iran and maybe as far as Saudi?

I have heard of a outsourced product but have searched on Zumo forums and this one to no avail. Can anyone point be in the right direction, especially mapping of Turkey, now that live here and the road signs are "occasional"!

Not sure how you install them as they don't come with an .exe file.

Tried this option, doesn't work as no exe. file. Any ideas or others able to suggest other routes to get some mapping of Turkey?
