First 100 Miles
Not the greatest of days to collect a new bike with new tyres but great to pick it up at last. Took it home, Got rid of the plastic mudguard at the rear, fitted the tankbag, put the panniers in the garage and went for a spin - keeping it strictly below 5000rpm and it felt great, as the roads started to dry and I felt more confident I realised that it is going to be even better handling than the 1150 once I really get going.
Over 5000rpm it really picks up big time - but don't be tempted!!
Anyway - here she is (from a cameraphone - hence poor quality) with some of that lovely Yorkshire snow!!!!

Nice, like the white lenses and good idea to take the mudguard "thingy" off. At least "running in" in this weather takes away some of the temptation to max her out too soon.

Well mine had 15 wet miles home, then a clean and a thorough douse in F365 (or whatever its called). Not the best day, but there we are.
Stuck on littler plate, and some clear lens covers (didnt occur to me to get them from dealer ). And like many taken off the frame paint with boot already!
Anyone got any bright idea where to stick the tax disc holder???

Just phoned the dealer today, my Red/black/black one is in production next week and due in the UK on the 18th.....
