Well recommend, decent food, licensed too. Lovely hostess ...
This morning, the hostess made us a packed breakfast, as we're on the 0800 ferry...
The ferry is very close to the B&B

Just 2 minutes riding and we were loading on the ferry

We should land in Larne at 10, then we're following the coast road to Dunfanaghy

More to follow...

You could nip round and "cut his grass" JB 😁
He told it takes 2-3 hours, so I will pass up on that ‘chore’

Going to walk from Torver Common up to Coniston, via the lakeside

Might get a boat over the lake too

Have a great trip and safe travels (watch out to rental cars, driven by foreign tourists in Connemara)

A fabulous ride up the stunning coast road from Larne to Lough Foyle, then the wee ferry to Greencastle

Another few miles up to the most Northern point, Malin HeadIMG_20240728_141359407_HDR.jpg
It was mobbed with tourists so we didn't hang about
Onwards now towards Dunfanaghy....

The spin west from Ballina N59 and onto Belmullet is a nice bike road, onto the Erris peninsula and down to Blacksod. There is a new visitor centre on way to Blacksod, nice for a tea break. Then back to Bangor and south N59 Mallaranny, onto Achill. Wish I was there!

Enjoy the spin and stay dry.

I do Naas - Ballina - Bellmullet - Achill Sound - Castlebar - Ballinrobe - Tuam - Naas......every 4 weeks.
I must take the bike once or twice instead of the car.

Sent with a Zen10

Onwards.
Lovely night in Galway last night, decent digs too ..
Today was a long route (about 260 miles) into the Dingle peninsula for Starters....

The highlight tho was the Ring of Kerry and the extension, the Ring of Skellig....

The Pass of Connor (one of the highest passes in Ireland at 1496 feet) was fabulous:IMG_20240731_122647135.jpg

Just after dropping back to sea level, found a gorgeous cove with views to Skellig island:

Now in D O Shea's bar in Sneem

Cheers!

I saw you guys park your bikes in Galway last night. I thought you had parked them in a dodgy place but was delighted to see them safe and sound this morning.
