I really really hope they have a strong finish. If they don’t there will be a long line of warranty arguments and in a few years we will be reminiscing about that one year when they offered black panniers before they were pulled after six months.

That looks really good. I like.

I applied the pannier wrap from 2wheelhumvee and very satisfied with the outcome. Plastidip doesn't last long and painting it would require some skill in masking it off.

I vinyl wrapped mine, a lot of messing around and very time consuming but well worth it in the end. If you use a good quality vinyl, 3m for example it’s pretty hard wearing.
After a tour around Europe it’s still looks like the day I applied it.

If you want to apply stickers on to the vinyl I recommend you use 3m preparation.

Didn’t split, removed some rivets from the corners and the tie downs, replaced with small button head bolts.

I’ve got Upol Raptor on my Land Rover bumpers. Total bit6h to apply. Your feet stick to the overspray on the floor and you can’t move. Gives a great finish, might be too coarse for boxes. Tough as anything I know. Had the misfortune of hitting an Astra up the rear, 5k plus damage to the Vauxhall. £0 to mine other than a slight scuff on the Raptor.

Ordered a set for top-box from Humvee, arrived quickly. Took top box off and gave it a good clean, opened up Humvee tube.....they've sent pannier rather than top box Hopefully they'll respond quickly and arrange to swap over...

Humvee were as good as gold and sent out the right labels for the top box. Had a go fitting today and quite pleased with the result. Couple of creases but that was my fault for rushing when peeling them off the sheet. Good spray with water/soap mix makes it a doddle to apply and adjust until happy. Thumbs-up from me for Humvee approach. I'll defo be using again from new.
