Came off my departed 23 plate Transalp.
Built for 75-80 kg rider plus occasional passenger and luggage.
Remote hydraulic pre load adjuster.
Adjustable for height and rebound damping.
Compression damping adjustable with spring removed. ( but its perfect as it is!)
Excellent build quality and performance as you would expect from Maxton.
Cost over £800 18 months ago.
£375.00 plus post.20250917_081549.jpg20250917_081559.jpg20250917_081621.jpg

I’m not looking, definitely not tempted.

Out of interest though how does it compare to the standard?

Anyone with the OE rear shock would be impressed, I was a bit skeptical to be honest but bought a Wilbers rear shock, Jesus the bike is so much more compliant it rides superbly now, its hard to describe the difference but it really is night and day, the maxton is a great shock as well so whoever buys this as soon as its fitted ( which is a 20 min job) will know it was money very well spent, I paid well over double for the Wilbers and still it was money well spent !!
