May meeting - Change of venue

It must have been all that talk of road kill pies earlier Vern.

Great place Gerry, just wish I lived closer so I could have a drink

You were certainly making the most of the A438 Val H, I was at 120+ in places and only caught you when you, and then me, got stuck behind a truck at the B4350 Jn. I was stuck behind it for a few miles as you rode off into the darkness up the A4079, but the A479 from Talgarth to Tretower was clear. Sometimes 225hp & 4 wheel drive can make 4 wheels fun, although I had to suffer constant elbows in my side from SWMBO

Hi Bob, unfortunately :( I can't take the credit for leaving you in the dark. You see I stayed over night and ran back at 07.30 in day light :) I think you were chasing the guy from bristol (I think Steve is his name) on the 12 Adv.

380hp, 12 tonne empty, 4 axels & 12 wheels. Now 'thats' fun to play with on a tight twisty road. The cars comming the other way are left sitting like stunned rabbits :D :D :D Fully loaded (32tonne up) off road at 30 mph is quite good fun too :P

Catch you guys next time. Ride safe. Val.

I think it was me and the wife Bob, but I turned right ih Three Cocks just after I overtook the Tarmac lorry to head towards Builth Wells .Thats why I was not seen again.
Good venue Gerry see you Saturday :thumb
