Anyone from the SE planning on heading up to Wales this weekend for this:

The weather is looking good and I expect there will be a few bikers turning out for it. I'm heading up with a group from work and leaving from Mcdonalds in Denham at 0730 on Sunday morning..:thumb2

Anyone heading up to the Pondarosa and the Swallow Falls Hotel for this meet on Sunday, weather is looking good..

Yes I will be going to the Ponderosa with a few others, hopefully we have a route planned that will keep us away from the more "popular" routes. :thumb2
maybe see you there, though it might be a bit busy.

I'll be there- look out for another 55 plate 1150 GSA SE, travelling with a 1200GSA piloted by a North Walean Andy Higgins.

I had the misfortune to work in North West Wales from Oct '83 to Nov. '84 and it would seem that things have far from improved. My first bit of advice from the indigenous workforce was to buy a local car with local plates and put a 'Cymru am Byth' sticker on the back. Although it would not guarantee immunity from Police attention, it would make parking two abreast, a slightly 'wobbly' drive back from the local and other minor road traffic infractions "less visible". Another benefit was that the toll crossing at Porthmaddog was usually free. The downside was that the car passenger seat smelled of a mixture of sheep sh*t and cheap perfume and the boot had an aroma of kindling and parrafin wax and welly boot.

What time and where are from guys, might be able to join you for the ride up there, but will have to come back straight away as a 4pm last meet means 8pm back to Cardiff, which is a tad late for me :rob

Just got back in from the reclaim Wales day, there were bloody thousands of bikes out, plenty of GSes, dont know how many Tossers? :thumb2
