me bleeding head has shrunk ...

I have had my C2 for about 3 years but recently it seems rather loose so I've come to the conclusion I need to see if I can get some inserts or replace it.

I've looked but cannot find any inserts does anyone know if you can get any (& if so - where from), or have any other solution short of growing a mullet, wearing a woolly hat or buying a new helmet please?

Cycle shops may sell foam pads for helmets - you always used to get a load of extra pads when you bought a new lid....
