Meet in Bedford 6th April

Just to let everyone know who might be interested, a few of us who live in the Bedford area are going to meet up on the 6th April on the market square in Bedford (bottom of the High Street) for a coffee and bacon buttie at the Piazza. Meet at 10:30.

If anyone would like to meet on the outskirts of Bedford as they don't know the area, I will be in the services on the Bedford bypass at 10:00 and leaving at 10:15.
You can't miss the services, big BP garage on the roundabout with the A6/A421.
If you want to meet here let me know and I will hang on in case your running late.

4/ can you still get road tax for less than a grand since the budget?

5/ have labour banned bikes yet?

6/ in view of the global financial crisis would it realy be that wise to fritter away £10 on half a tank of squirt?

The market square is easy to find just follow the signs for Luton A6 from the North of Bedford and it takes you down the High Street past the Square at the bottom. If you get lost give me a ring on 07770 722007.

Despite strict instructions to my over due pregnant wife not to have any babies this weekend, she has started having contractions.... so its pretty unlikely I am going to be able to make this meet - gutted...

Just had a good look at the forecast or the early morning my way (Northampton), I'm looking at -1 at 9am. Not going out in that as the road past my house and out of my village never gets gritted,and is slippy as f*@k, especially as it i raining now.I ride or fun, not to be a hero. Praps we can look at next sunday or summat.
