Went to a little place called Moto Jo's today, details of which have been posted on here by other UKgsers. She is a seasoned bike traveller running a workshop and cafe just outside Market Rasen Lincolnshire. What a great little set-up.

Jo says that she will be closing for winter from mid-October to April.

Just thought it may be a good venue for a winter meeting.
Discussed the possibility of a communal meal where she and Mum provide a couldron of hot steamy stew and homemade bread for an agreed minimum number of UKgsers. Happy to make sandwiches or bacon butties too.

I think a few Tossers have visited as she mentioned folk by name, you know who you are.
If she knows in advance, happy to open up over winter especially for us a group.

So to guage interest, could folk add to the post to give me an idea.

Here is the Sandwich I felt compelled to have, good value at £4.50 .

Cheers all.

Andy

Depending on dates feel free to count me in please. I'd like to call in some time as I've heard good things so this could be ideal, TY.

Looks a great venue but a bit too far away for me at this time of year. Have a free bump...

Interested for sure, depending on the date.

I could be over that way this weekend as i planned a ride for myself ... as you do lol
I was just waiting on the weather to see what that does.

I will check it out, i would be interested in a return anytime if you plan something

Looks like I'm passing pretty close

I'm not certain but I think the road between points 9 and 10 on your route may be closed.

If it is that one there are good couple of options literally either side of your chosen routes - single track roads so go (very) steady.

That's right between 9 & 10 under a 10 week closure also a lot of the lanes close to there are also closed.
We have been going north of Martin to the next causeway up, Potterhanworth to Bardney B1190 then down to Woodhall spa from there which is a nice twisty road.

I am just tweaking my route in MRA and came here to check the location again...

Good job i did :)

point 8 is the RAF Metheringham memorial.

Point 9 was just to force the route away from Timberland Drove which the route went to by default.
I looked on a map and dropped that waypoint to stay on better roads

10 is the Dambusters memorial

So any route from 8 to 10 would work

Edit:
Changed it now to go south through Billinghay then east to Tattershall and North to the Dambusters Memorial up Lodge Lane 👍
Thanks for the info lads 😎
