I had outstanding service in megabikes last week. I went in for some pin lock pins and a new pinlock insert Ola fitted the pins, cleaned the visor, tightened up my current pinlock and told me I didn't need a new one. She also didn't charge me as she happened to have the pins lying around. We had a good chat about bikes while she was fitting it too.
I was delighted. Great customer service

Fuck Megabikes. They cancelled my service at short notice because the could not be arsed dealing with a few small things. I ended up do a full overhaul myself and I’m the better for it. Been going there for 25 years but the clown in the town branch has more chance of the lotto than me crossing any of their doors. Shame, Ciaran and Robbie are cool.

I try to use Megabikes when I can. Have always been happy with the service and attention to detail when purchasing there. Keener to pay my monies to an LBS rather than see it disappear up the internet's hole.

Agree but mr front desk lost me.

I don’t need their service ‘expertise’anymore.
