I've been toying with the idea of getting this screen all winter.
Do I get one and enjoy the benefits of additional wind protection or do I keep the bike "pure"?
There is definitely something nice about the look of a naked bike, but for me the practicalities of the screen outweigh the look. The bike is so much easier to ride for long distance and at speed with it.
A few more questions Joe. Are you sure the Wunderlich screen is the same? Can't see any through-screen fixings for the brackets on their pic.
I'm pretty certain the Wunderlich screen is the same, the picture is slightly confusing though as the MM in the picture has Wunderlich triple clamps, with different mount points. The actual screen is definitely Isotta though.
Also, I'm fairly sure there are 2 heights available - yours being the low version and fixinbones being the high version?
Isotta do two heights, I'm not sure if Wunderlich offer both, I haven't checked. It's an optical illusion though, as fixinbones and mine are both the lower version. Looking at the bike from the front, the screen looks taller than when looking from the side.
