Getting seriously p@ssed with this bunch of clowns.

Had to transfer several domains to them as they were aquired through MSOLSB which goes at the end of the month.

Their domain management (DNS) takes 'days' to update, if at all. They do not respond to their own CS e-mail system in weeks.

In the end managed to pull the plug on all but 1 domain, & take them to a different registrar, but not without major hassles.

The 1 remaining there is a .org which for some reason has a registration errror, DNS management is still 'pending' & I can't find a way of pulling it away from them.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had some trouble with Melbourne IT regarding a domain name registered through Office Live. I wanted to transfer the name hosting to my local ISP. The Office Live Help service were very helpful, considering that I know nothing at all about domain names and hosting, and solved the problems fairly quickly. So if you get nowhere with Melbourne, try the Office Live support desk.

Ok thanks for that.

Just out of interest how/where was your point of contact @ MS Office live?

I used the Support path in OLSB 'email support'. From past experience, you can expect a reply within 24hours. The email addresses that I have on messages from individual engineers are probably of no use to you, as they seem to be linked to a specific case.
