will metal mule panniers fit on the std hoops on gs/pd rack I believe most of the pannier hoops /frames are all the same size

Not good news I'm afraid, these fit BMW panniers but not sure if they changed the dims for later 100pd's

Just move the mounts on the box and shim out the frames with some electrical tape etc. I can't see a problem.
Just what I was about to say. I did exactly that to make MM panniers fit a Holan pannier frame. Dimensions were correct but the pannier brackets were in the way so just a case of moving a couple of brackets over a bit. And ham fisted old me who usually measures once and cuts twice can do it it can’t be that hard.
ok that could be an idea obviously moving the bottom ones up as the fitment has the bracket arrange and I assume cannot move down

I bought a super thin sheet of aluminium from B@Q , marked and drill holes for the bracket bolts and bonded it to the outside of the bracket side of the pannier. Was perfectly watertight and looked neat.Just fill any surplus holes with a nut and bolt, or gaffer tape
Aaah, that was about 5 bikes ago and they’ve been on another since so the panniers are back to standard now and used to store camping equipment. I’ll see if I can find anything helpful though amongst my thousands of disordered pictures..
