Has anyone out there actually purchased their panniers ? Want to talk to anyone that has, PM me if you're happy for an enquiry. Cheers, Fritz ;)

When I saw them at BMF last year they reminded me of a large corned beef can honestly. FOr the money there are better options.

Not bad

I had a good look at them at the NEC Bike show. They do look pretty good, but really do think that Verns (which I have) are better made and better value, and of course Vern (who is now back in production) can accomodate any special design features that you might like to add.

The quick detach system of the MM's looked good, but personally I prefer the semi permanent Vern system, for security and strength, and with inner bags, they're actually just as practical if not more so.

I know you were asking for first hand views on the MM's but thought the above info may be useful? Apologies if it's not!

Beacon, have PM'd you - assume not the ride starting in Thirsk ? Surely I didn't miss a chance to speak to Bob did I - anyway would like to talk to him.
Willstat / Commuter - no offence, just after actual experiences rather than opinions. Just looking there are lots of ads/disads to all types, need real world experience on each. For instance, the square ones that detach quick make good seats / tables - one less thing to take - but I can figure that out from pics, need the experience of those using them. Ta though ;)
