They do have blinding deals on some secondhand panniers. I walked in today and left an hour later with panniers fitted and ready to go. The fitting and frames were normal price. The panniers - which were secondhand - were less than half price. The 38L is an ex-Globebuster pannier and definitely has a patina about it. The 31L was rather less used and had only a few scratches. Both are serviceable and were fitted with new matching locks. They even shortened the RH indicator with a proper shorter stalk.
