Metalmule GS balance system

Hi, saw this in the metalmule catalogue: a repositoned scorpian that allows fitting of equal sized panniers. Anyone gone down this route? Thanks

I have this set up on my r1150gs,plus there re a couple of other ukgsers i have seen.

I have symetrical MMs - looks far more pleasing to the eye than other systems with asymetric boxes or cut-outs in the LH box

Plus - the Scorpion exhaust weighs a lot less than the stock item - allowing you to get more beer into the panniers

I run 2 x 45L with a remus exhaust - I tend not to do major filtering when it's loaded and don't notice any real probs.

Just dont forget the WIDE LOAD sticker

I also have this on my 1150 and have been really happy with it.

I know they also do it for the 1200ADV as they have it on their show bike.

i use hepco & becker 40 ltr juniors on my 11gs the offset around 2" have to filter with care but no probs.:
