I paid £2,200 for the first year on my 1250 - two claims, one total loss (stolen) on my policy, the other was a total loss on the third party's policy.
I did fleetingly consider selling it, but decided against it as I knew the policy would reduce in the future - that's when I caused a prang!
Funny thing is that the policy dropped by around £400 on the next renewal - I was expecting a big increase.
