Michelin Anakee III Strange Lines running around both front and rear

Noticed tonight on my Michelin Anakee III tyres on my R1200GSA that both the front and rear after 3K miles have a strange line running right around both tyres, could this be the wear indicator line or something?? I will take a pic and post in the morning but wanted to ask if anyone else had seen this??

As normal cheers for the thoughts...

Had the same thing on my last set, two coloured lines running round the back tyre, presume it's just part of the moulding process, just keep checking the wear indicators, must admit had these on my TC GS got nearly 7k out of the back, the last one with the stripes lasted 4.5k on the LC, so not sure if it's the tyre quality that's changed or different bike that's made the difference?

I had the same lines on my back tyre but it never went all the way round.
I thought I'd rode over something so changed it but is was about fook after only 5500 miles ��
