Does anyone know of a Garmin compatible file of the various scenic Green Routes. I guess it would save a lot of time if you could just add a particular section to a route and I'm sure someone must have had this thought before :)

Sorry, no. But I do use the ViaMichelin website when planning a route, if it starts to look worthwhile I buy the sheet maps.

Its all down to how you want to do it :rob I prefer to draw the routes at home over the roads I want to ride, rather than stand at the side of the road looking confused, I tried that for the previous 20+ years :blast

;) :D

Why not use the map;)

a) the wind keep blowing it off the tank and

b) how many times do you see a road and think 'I wonder what that one's like'? in my case quite often, I thought it might be nice if it flashed up on the screen that there was the start of a scenic section coming up.

I understand what your saying, but if 'I wondered what a road might be like', personally I'd go and have a look:thumb
