Or sometimes known as step by step interactive (SBSI) training. I understand that most major suppliers load this with oem xp, I know Dell do. If the HDD is formatted and xp reloaded, SBSI isn't there. Apparently the only people to supply it on their recovery disc is Gateway. I've just bought a used formatted Dell for my Dad as he is learning computers (at the age of 82), and this would be a useful feature, any idea where I can get it from? Tried Msoft, Dell, Gateway and download.com with no joy

Thanks moto but that is a seperate program. I knew that was there, but the interactive training is a seperate thing, you can do exercises and save them.
