Migsel Peg Spring

Due to rust part of my left Migsel peg spring snapped earlier today. It's not the end of the world but when adjusting boot position the peg follows back/upwards and with no spring it slowly falls rather than snapping back to place. Original springs don't work with Migsel pegs and I'm hitting the road on Sunday so I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Are there any springs I could use as a short term fix....or does anyone have any creative ideas they'd like to share?

Have you contacted Migsel? They might have a source for spare parts or direct you to one.

I'm in a bit of a similar bind where I need to modify a peg spring or find a suitable one. There are a number of "general industrial stuff" distributors who have wide selections of springs. I'm going to try them for a replacement. Might that work for you?
