Migsels on 1150; need switch/relay

Atm the lights are wired to come on with the high beam, but I want a switch thingy so I can have two on low and the other two on high.

I went to Maplins but they looked kinda rubbish and non were waterproof.

Any reccomendations?

I just wired my lights this weekend, standrd 4 pin automotive relay, put in under the front plate under the windsheild.On the RHS their is a plug and a space that with a bit of high density foam stuck the side of the recess holds the relay nice and snug.Cant see it getting to damp in there. If your talking about a waterproof switch, any 4Wd accessory store will have something to do the job.

Fit an auto switch and a relay to switch automatically between the two added sets of lights when you change from high to low beam.

That way you have the adjustable lighting configuration you want without any add on switches. Just the auto switch that lets you turn them on and off, and the auto switching between the two sets of lights

sorry if this is stating the obvious, but if youhave all 4 on main beam AND you don't have a rely, I'd unplug em before something melts!

I used maplin switches - toggle with a rubber hat. one for fogs, one for driving lights all in a maplin 'project' box under the clocks.

if you use an auto-switch (linky) remember that they will default to 'off' whenever you turn the ignition off.
