well then... ave read some reports about Mill BMW..... Bye the way am Alan..... i got my bike from Mill at West Bolden some 11 weeks ago 20/09/2003 its been for its 600 mile and its 6000 mile services.... yes a like the bike... as u can see ..... from getting in contact with them to date....... i can only say this ...... they have been very good with me and the staff are very welcomming and friendly. On arrival a warm welcome a cup of tea and then get the paperwork done etc. a time ur bike would be ready, shown to your lone bike ( with petrol i might add ) then ur out and about doing what u want. get back at the aranged time to pick up my bike serviced and clean ready for my 2 hour trip back home. When a phone a always get a return call back if the person a want is busy or not available that day. Sales Team, Steve Brown, Alistair Beattie, Paul Gray. Service Desk, Paul Sharman. Technician, Mick Kendrick. So if your near to them, just pop in and see for yourself.... grab a coffee and have a chat..... You will be made more than welcome...
will report back as and when .... 12000 miles is not that far away really lol

The reasons for disatisfaction with Mill are quoted on pages 1,6 & 7 if you care to read them. (You may have overlooked the SEARCH facilty)
My own experience is that they are very much reluctant motorcycle dealers with a poor range of spares in the stores (even service items have to be ordered) and as for a cure for surging!
