Mini Road Trip on Ten Wheels.

A mini road trip covering two states. Started yesterday on ten wheels with 180000 lb ft of thrust .
Landed in Kentucky .
This morning I’ve walked across the mighty Ohio river to Cincinnati in Ohio across the John A Roebling Bridge




Quick stop for brek





Think I’ll have The Worker Bee as that is what I am

Picking up a car in an hour and heading north

Headed north past Dayton to the Huffman Prairie Fiield, the birthplace of aviation where the Wright Brothers took their first flight




Then on to The National USAF Museum

What still blows my mind is that from getting and maintaining a few feet off the ground only 66 years later we got men to the moon
(or a Hollywood basement depending upon who you believe)

The museum is fabulous , probably the best aviation museum I’ve ever been to, spread over four huge hangars with free entry and parking.
Switch off now if not into aeroplanes ……
