Minor oil leak issue at cylinder head any advice appreciated

I dropped my 2018 R1200gs TE whilst stationary. My bike is fitted with BMW valve cover protectors, the ones that cover the bottom part of valve cover. I thought they'd done a great job but I now have a small oil leak that seems to be coming from the adapted cycling head bolt that valve cover bolts into (at rear end of the valve cover) not the other two smaller t25 torx bolts.

There is no part number on the valve cover proector but the rubber piece that sits between it and the cylinder head cover is part number BMW 8 535 721 1 followed by Italy>TPS-SEBS<. It may be that I need to replace the adpated cylinder head bolt or its rubber gasket.

My plan is to remove the protector and the cylinder head cover and see if I can tell what the issue is. The additional tools I need are the coil pack removal tool and the specific spark plug socket. I intent to order these from Motorworks tomorrow.

For info I've only had the bike a week so am a complete novice.
I have looked at YouTube videos on how to remove the cylinder head valve covers.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

I have never owned a 1200 / 1250 but would expect the coil stick removal tool to be in the tool kit?

Paul, me too but...the BMW tool kit that comes with the bike is two spanners & a screwdriver.

you dont need to remove the spark plug,you can remove the coil stick with carful use of 2 screwdrivers and some rag to lever against

I bought my coil removal tool on AliExpress and it works very well. It was so cheap, I wouldn't risk damaging the the finish with 2 screwdrivers.

Seriously?? Wow, a long way from the R100 series tool kits!

Twist/turn the coil before trying to lever it off with screwdrivers. Never had a problem using this method on any coil on plug system that I've come across.

Same happened to my 2016GS, with Machine Art cylinder head protectors fitted. Simply slackening the 3 rocker cover fixings and retourquing them cured the leak, as it had compressed the seal on the one closest to impact with the ground.

For info, it was nothing to do with me dropping it, the rear most bolt for the valve cover protector had not been fitted correctly and oil was seaping past the rubber gasket on the bolt.
I could do with a new bolt if anyone has one going spare.
