On the all day GS test ride I noticed that you actually have to turn your head to use the mirrors (or is it just me?). On the 1200RT a quick glance is all you need.

Has anyone changed the mirror arms at all? So the mirrors are slightly further forward?

I've done a search (perhaps not a very detailed one), but couldn't find this particular topic.

Thanks,

Bob

Yes i know what you mean about the RT's mirrors. They are awesome. They are mounted quite a bit forward arn't they? For now i think you just have to adapt to standard mirror mounting. I thought about using larger rectangular ones but the round ones commit to the overall look. Eh oh well
