Myself and five mates are cycling from Mizen to malin this summer for three charites- Care for Cancer, Ulster Cancer Foundation and NI Leukamia Research fund. Am looking for any insider advice for places to stay? Destinations are Skull, Tralee, Ballyvaughan, Carrick on Shannon and Bally bofey. Looking for reasonably priced, anyone else here done this? Did it once on the GS but now going green fro 5 days!!!!

I should be able to sort out something in Tralee for you - Hotel / B/B / Hostel - whats your preference?
I assume you are not going totally green & camping?

Last news I had on Schull is that there is no longer a hostel. Plenty of BandB though. If I were you I would head for durrus instead and save some KM's for the next day.
Good idea, checked it out and booked first night!! Thanks any other suggestions? Tralee, Ballvaughan (ps i want to cycle past the Father Ted house anyonr know exact directions? I know its near Kilneforna), carrick on shannon and ballybofey??
