Mobile Catering Van ,which road needs 1

as i maybe being made redundant ( NHS ) i was thinking of useing some of redundancy payment and buying a catering van,and combining my love on the highlands with work ,so anyone know where it possibly be a good place to place one or where is their a need for one, my thoughts some where on Great Glen / or perhaps on road to applcross, any ideas, would perhaps open march to end october, for bikers,trucker ect,

right in the middle of Glencoe would be a good earner, but I'd doubt you'd get a licence/permit/permission.

if you're after truckers as well as bikers then here's a few ideas...
at the Corran Ferry; the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge; at one of the big laybys on Loch Lochy; the viewpoint above Loch Garry on the A87; any of the big laybys along the north side of Loch Ness.

And you forgot Ralia--very fine bacon sarnies---although why anyone would want to travel up the A9 when the 'old' road runs paralell for large chunks with no cameras--or indeed traffic--is beyond me.
