Quite a lot, if you go for the Luftmeister conversion.
I recall reading about the above bike. Luftmeister (a now defunct US tuning company despite the name) decided to use the K1 for an attempt on the Production bike speed record.
Memory fades but they bolted on a turbo, got good results and then decided to strip the motor to see what, if any, stresses the turbo put on it. They reported none and that they found the engine to be massively over-engineered. They estimated that it was good for at least 200,000 (we know now that is an underestimate).
They then bolted on the biggest turbo that they could find and had to add a second set of injectors as the first couldn't cope with the demand on their own.
IIRC, they did take the record, I don't know how long it stood.
Luftmeister used to make some nice stuff for the old 2-Valve Boxers.

but the more I look at it the more I like it. I just don't like the headlamp treatment. It would look much better with two small round headlamps in that cowl.
