Modified Zumo 660 Cradle Wiring / Cable loom

If you check out the original post, you can see that unlike the Zumo 550 etc, the 660 cables are hard wired into the cradle. The only difference with mine is I used a plug for an accessory socket.

Bit late but I finally got round to doing a writeup on giving the Zumo 660 cables the chop!...

Ok here you go.....let me know what you think! ;-)

So is the mount attached to the back of your 660 in your picture? Sorry I am not familiar with the standard mount.

In the red picture, the 660 is attached to the mount. In the second pic above, the mount is attached to the ram ball on the handlebar clamp and has its protective cover on. The above pic is the 660 mounted on the cradle.

yup i use the bluetooth for the comms

Just bought a 660 and am pondering whether to buy the cable to connect back to my Autocom - I have a Bluetooth module fitted. Has anyone had any problems with relying solely on Bluetooth for the phone to 660 and 660 to Autocom links? Grateful for any thoughts/experiences.
