Moible phone question(right section?)

I use a nokia phone for just txtin really (o2 sim).Just lately, i have been getting part txts from people who sent the original 2 or 3 weeks ago.
2ndly, in the last few days i havnt been getting 1 or 2 txts that people are sending at all.
3rdly, some incoming txts are taking the name/number of somebody completely different in my "phone book".

Is this a problem with my phone or the sim card ??????????????????
