They are good at cornering but not that good.

But seriously- oh dear how did it happen?

You need assistance from the travelling community for some resurfacing....

If its any consolation, at least the crash bars did what they were designed to do saving you loads of cash.

Yeah but the crash bars are in themselves loads of cash :D anyway rufty-tufy adventure bikes are supposed to show the signs of the occasional lay down.

I was just leaving for work, walking it backwards off the driveway as l normally do.

When it just went from beneath my legs and l just placed it on the pavement.

I got off laughing removed my helmet and jacket, took the photos and the just picked it up no problems.

The only damage is a inch mark on the crash bar where it met the concrete and a scuff on the tank cover.

War wounds, all done it I'm sure, if not it'll happen, I did one with a Kawasaki leaving the BMW garage, the fairing didn't look so nice, bet the salesman was laughing his tits off thinking that's an extra grand off the price they just quoted...

Paddling backwards on my LC led to a laydown outside a cafe I was going into, I blamed the camber...........

Get off and pull it back in future.......:thumb2

This needs linking to the thread about mobiles taking over our lives. I must confess that the last thing on my mind would have been to photograph it (and then post it on the forum)

Yes my driveway is in construction lol it will get done soon.

After a polish up you wouldnt know that I'd scuffed it
