Mongolia - tour recommendations?

Looking at a Mongolia fly/rent trip next year.

Don’t want all tarmac (I know there isn’t much anyway) but lack of talent and advancing years means anything too full-on enduro will end in tears. Time and budget reasonably flexible.

Experienced-based suggestions very welcome…

It’s cheaper than the average tour but you do have to raise the money for charity to take advantage of that - all in a good cause

No, I’ve done a bit of research for the future but a friend of my wife’s did the iron horse trip. We had a chat and photo session with her and it looked and sounded great.
