No not the wife 
my 2007 GSA, 19'000 miles, always serviced by bmw, just doesnt feel right the last few days. He's suddenly noisier than usual, at 1st I thought my ear plug wasnt seated properly, then my wife noticed it too. A lot more pops and farts too. then over the weekend I went out twice for several hours on my own, now normally I ride 90% of the time 2-up so when i ride solo he feels waaay faster, but even solo he seems down on power, struggling to reach a ton (on closed roads 
) Any ideas? I have tried searching the forum but i've not found anything conclusive yet. cheers James
